The Compliance Company, in collaboration with Orange Foundation Sierra Leone, successfully conducted a four-week Fundamentals of ICT Training from September 23rd to October 18th, 2024. This initiative aimed to enhance computer literacy and bridge the digital skills gap, welcoming 60 participants from diverse backgrounds.

The training covered essential topics such as computer fundamentals, practical usage of Microsoft Office tools, and data security practices. Participants engaged in interactive exercises, discussions, and hands-on activities, ensuring they could confidently apply their newfound ICT knowledge in real-world scenarios.

Out of the 60 expected participants, 53 attended the classes, and 47 took the final exam on October 21st, 2024. All 47 participants successfully completed the program, showcasing their mastery of the course content.

This training not only provided foundational ICT knowledge but also fostered professional and personal growth, empowering individuals to thrive in the digital age.
